Always a pleasant experience.This place was stupendous!! It was beyond our expectations. This is one of those properties that you would definitely go back to it.Expensive and not as nice as it was in the past.. This is the forth time we have stayed at the Viceroy in Snowmass. You can tell the hotel is already starting to age a little bit. The shower tile were stained and the bath tub plunger would not fully close so the water was just trickling out as I took a bath.

Not every that stays there is rich.. staff need to remember that. My husband and I are not wealthy people, but we treat ourselves each year by staying here. The valet seemed over worked, he was there all the time!! For all that money I spent, I would not spend it again there. I am sorry, as I really loved the Viceroy so much in the past. Good things... the bus driver with the bun in his hair was really fun and so sweet! The cleaning people did a great job cleaning up after I realized I had dried up mud on my hiking boots.. thank you for that. Thanks for bringing me the decaf coffee pods too! We loved the hot tubs... but oh my goodness... those are some seriously loud hot tubs and not as relaxing as they should be... That does need to be fixed. It would also be nice if the pool area stayed open later on festival weekends. Standing all day and getting back to be rushed away from the nice fire and pool area is a bit of a bummer.cleanliness and service was top notch.
