Absolutely horrible place to stay 07 Jan , 2017 Arrived at this so called Hotel on the 17th September 2016... what a very big disappointment it was, ripped curtains with mould on them ... the food was absolutely disgusting and cold and when complained was told to put it through the microwave ... thats what it was there for ...we had to hire a car to get away from the place ... worst holiday we have ever had please dont waste your money and go thereMore Excellent staff - very helpful, friendly and welcoming. 28 Oct , 2016 Accommodation met our expectations, cleaned on regular basis, kitchen equipped to cater for cooking and cleaning - kitchen towel, scourer, washing up liquid - all in place. Towels changed more than we could wish for. Swimming pool area tidy and quiet - with the max depth of I believe 2m - ideal for swimming. Location is quiet and remote would strongly recommend some kind of transportation ie bicycle, car. Restaurants and supermarkets opened on seasonal basis so if you as we did are travelling outwith season please have this in mind.

It suits us fine as we prefer travelling after/before season and we like rather quiet places. If you are a smoker - cigarettes are not widely available ie corner shops, supermarkets - either cafe/restaurants or tobacco shops which can be quite a distance away. Reception staff will go an extra mile to make your holidays a memorable and pleasant experience to remember. Huge asset to the hotel - as they provide excellent customer service which shouldn't be unnoticed. Car hire prices outside season available from the reception) at approx £33 per day for the cheapest option. Internet available in the public areas reception/pool/dining area with a fee of I think 15 Euro per weekMore Location, price & service 30 Nov , 2016 I used this hotel for a short visit to the island, the price was great. Located 2 minute walk from the beach in Cala Tirant, room facilities where adequate maybe a few changes little changes, toiletries, bigger TV. The front office staff was great, recommended a great place for dinner even made the reservation.

I will definitely return More 02 Oct , 2016 We've had a lovely hol. A spacious apartment with everything we needed...a nice view.....and peaceful. It was clean and new bedding and towels halfway through our stay. We did notice a drain smell but we mentioned it at reception in the morning and when we got back in afternoon it was all disinfected and cleaned. We found the waiters and staff very polite and helpful . The pool was well maintained and always clean. Maybe upgraded sun loungers would be nice......by the way all you bookers of sun loungers way before breakfast......is that really necessary?? We enjoyed the food and a good variety and plenty of it.( Food coverings are needed to keep the flies away though.) Lovely area....pretty and unspoiled.....much nicer than other places we visited on the local buses. Enjoyed the local walks and swimming and sunbathing on the beach. Our flight wasn't til the evening but the manager said we could keep the room at no extra cost for the day.....a very kind gesture.

The room was spacious, well presented and clean. All areas around the hotel were tidy and clean. The pool was cleaned every morning. All staff were very helpful and friendly, not all spoke English very well, but I didn't complain, we were the ones in a foreign Country! We stayed in room 80, we had a nice view across the bay. So overall we would recommend this hotel. Things which maybe could be improved. The towels are not very big or thick. The wifi, which we payed for could have performed better. The sunbeds around the pool could be replaced with new.
