New Year’s Eve Dinner Saturday Dec 31st 2016 We create a magical experience of delicious food and blissful wine to help send out the year and welcome in the new.  This year we are offering a four course dinner with matched wines.  Seating begins at 6pm and we seat on until 9.  There are party favors, decorations and a festive air in which to enjoy your time with us. Lobster Chestnut Bisque & Gruyere Gougiers Seared Ahi Tuna Loin Smoked Paprika Risotto, Porcini Foam Little Gem Lettuce Salad Humboldt Fog Chevre, Maple Bacon Candy, Tomato Jam Sunflower Blanc du Bois Foie Gras Torchon, Spaghetti Squash Carbonara, Brussels Leaves, Madiera Demi Hereford Beef Tenderloin Filet Preserved Lemon Spinach, Winter Root Purée, Sauteed Exotic Mushrooms, 10 Pt. Cabernet Sauvignon Seating is from 6pm on to 9pm. $125 per person, all inclusive (dinner, matched wines, party favors, tax and gratuity). 

You can, of course, purchase additional wine during the evening as you wish. This is a limited seating, guaranteed reservation dinner – reservations are available at the winery or over the phone.  ‘Guaranteed reservation’ means we will ask for a credit card number to guarantee your reservation – you will have until three days before the dinner to cancel your seat with no penalty.  After that time, the reservation becomes a ticket.  Your card will be charged at the three day point.  Cards that are declined will have their reservation cancelled.  If your card is charged and you are unable to attend at the last minute, you may sell or gift your reservation/ticket – the new owner simply must have the name under which it was paid. Passport to Pleasure Wine Club members receive a discount as a benefit of being in our wine club.  (Membership in the wine club requires a three month minimum commitment.  Yes, you can join and then reserve at this discount.  Average cost is $50 per month.

We are part of the Cross Timbers Wine Trail, which has six wineries located on a N-S axis on the western edge of the DFW metroplex.  Go to the CTWT website to buy an open Wine Trail ticket (go whenever you want, not limited to specific days), good for tasting wines at each of the six wineries as well as receiving a Reidel crystal wine glass with each purchase. We host live jazz on most 1st & 3rd Sundays March thru December, and offer a place for folks to relax and enjoy good wine, food, friends and music. The Winery opens at 12 Lunch service is from 12 – 2 Jazz Lunch service is from 2 – 5:30 Live performance: 3 – 6 5- cover charge per person Cover charge is put on your tab and is charged to anyone who is here at 3pm and afterwards.  Wine Club members receive 2-for-1 entrance. Ages 8+ only are admitted. Please, no dogs at Jazz. $5 per person cover charge is put on your tab. Ages 8+ are welcome. 

However, this is an adult environment. • Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult. • We don’t have a playground. • Children must be kept at your table and under your supervision at all times. • Cover is charged to all occupied chairs regardless of age. • We do not allow alcohol to anyone under 21. If it’s REALLY cold, we will set up inside. If it’s hot, we have evaporative fans, full shade and some AC inside. Parties of 1 – 4 are seated on a first come/first seated basis. Reservations are only taken for tables of 5 and up. Reserved tables must be claimed by 3:30 pm or they will be released to general seating. We will call you to confirm your head count the day before. No outside foods, drinks or cakes.
