Beast over Hammersmith é um álbum ao vivo da banda Iron Maiden. O álbum foi gravado no famoso Hammersmith Odeon. Beast Over Hammersmith foi lançado, vinte anos depois de ser gravado, em 2002 como parte do boxset Eddie's Archive. O mesmo show foi gravado por câmeras de vídeo para um futuro lançamento em VHS.

Assim como o disco ao vivo, o projeto do vídeo foi abortado. Conforme relatos do empresario, o plano inicial seria filmar todas as turnês da banda, contudo, o show no Hammersmith ficou aquém do esperado, o que motivou o abandono do projeto. Outro motivo apresentado foi que o empresario da banda tencionava manter um ritmo de trabalho para a banda, que possibilitasse um descanso futuro mais prolongado, tendo em vista o estrondoso sucesso de The Number of the Beast, que possibilitou a banda a realizar uma turnê como Headliner, e com diversos apetrechos de palco, incluindo diversas viagens aos EUA. Assim, foi priorizado mais um álbum de estúdio seguido de uma turnê, o que barrou o plano de lançamento de um álbum duplo ao vivo. Algumas musicas do vídeo foram reaproveitadas e inseridas no documentário 12 Wasted Years em 1987. Em 2004, o vídeo foi relançado no dvd The Early Days: The History of Iron Maiden 1976 - 1983. Tanto o áudio quanto o vídeo do show eram itens requisitados pelos fãs, pedidos estes atendidos em 2002 e 2004 respectivamente com o lançamento de Eddie Archives e The Early Days.

Neste disco, a banda apresentou a performance de Total Eclipse, uma canção que ficou de fora do álbum original e que foi inserida na segunda prensagem do cd, para o box Eddie the Head.
