The talented inmates were only given patterns and fabric yesterday, but understanding the desperate need, they cracked straight into business and really did them selves proud. ...they even got a bit fancy stitching on whale and star embellishments for the dogs of Kaikoura. ***We are trying to make enough for all dogs in need. The first batch is heading to Kaikoura. But if your dog/s need one we will get them to you as quickly as we can. and tell us your dogs breed and weight. These comforters are free...because we wanted to do something to truly help.
