Product quality was good and it was easy to fit. I actually returned this shower ring to my local bath store ages ago....the reason being that the item was faulty. I have not been credited for the returned item yet, so all in all I am not impressed with the service at all. My oval shower curtain ring was delivered with 4 parts missing out off 7. Have to chase it over the phone, costumer service not very helpful. Good quality chrome tube and fittings.

Looks very impressive when fitted. The Bath Store representative working in Loughborough was excellent; courteous, informative and attentive. We would go back again because of his service and the product. M and S Bradwell I have not recieved all the parts as yet. It was too big for the purpose required and I had to return it. Excellent product and have only given a good rating as the picture was misleading on how it could fit to the ceiling. Fortunately we were able to amend to fir. We never want to keep you waiting.
