Many companies do not back what they sell. And if something goes wrong and they don't back up their product(s), then you have two issues to fix. Because I was covering 32'' linear feet of windows . . . I also considered having a 3rd party install the systems. But - after receiving quotes from $4015 - $8000, I decided to tackle it myself.Purchased two 16' single rods with right pull opening - to hang 192"w x 111"h one piece linen sheer panel on each.

Read the instructions carefully, but master carrier kept getting stuck in a 3" section towards the middle. Reread instructions for troubleshooting to no avail. They answered almost immediately. After a few emails back and forth . . . it was determined that our rod was slightly bent preventing the master carrier from smoothly running through that 3" section. Remote Curtain immediately shipped an entirely new system ($450+) - free of charge - to replace the bent one. Issue on a Sunday, shipped on a Monday, received on a Thursday. While I haven't yet checked the replacement system . . . I did install the 1st one. It is stealth in nature and I absolutely LOVE it!Depending upon the width of your desired system, you will need at least 2 people to install it. Our systems were each 16'3" wide - and we needed 2 people - each on a ladder to install - each holding one end of the system. I measured the width of our spaces which was 16'4" and subtracted 1". Once installed the system was exactly 1/2" off of each wall.
