I trips to Home Depot are always very pleasant. The store is clean, floor plan and layout good. The personnel are always very professional; and made you feel like your presence is appreciated. Thanks for the opportunity to do this survey. If you need a store where they are very friendly and extremely knowledge in the products they sell, this is the place. Every time I've been in this store its been very clean, and a extremely good experience. Lets just say they are "Johnny on the spot" The survey asked about information provided by cashier. I replied no to those questions because i used self check out. An assistant was needed on an item and was quick and polite. If you ever need any help whatsoever in the field of gas lines or plumbing, this store has an older gentleman named Gene (usually works evenings) that is excellent and is the best at showing you both the easiest way to accomplish your task and an alternative way that can be done less expensive.

He never sways you to go one way or the other, but he always gives you choices. Very friendly, very intelligent. Gene is the GO-To guy for black pipe and plumbing for do-it-yourselfers. Employees were very friendly and helpful which made my purchase much easier. I use self-checkout lane. Did not have any direct contact with cashier.
