The 230 square metre villa is in a stunning location, surrounded by vineyards which produce highly prized wine. It is excellent for walkers, horse riders and cyclists, and there is an 18 hole golf course nearby. The ground floor has a large living area with an open-plan kitchen and large glass sliding doors which open out onto the terrace and the pool. A big modern dining table has seating for 8 people, while at the kitchen island one can have a refreshing snack or enjoy breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, induction cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a complete range of kitchen utensils and cutlery. The dining area extends into the living room where there is an LCD TV, comfortable large sofa and works of art are all over the house. WiFi is also available. The first floor has two large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, an extendable sofa bed and access to the balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful view.

Each bedroom has a superb en-suite shower room. A selection of books is also available in the landing area. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. A small cellar with wine, champagne and home-made products (jam, honey, syrup, tea, preserved fruit, salamis and cheese) which are available for purchase by guests. From here you can continue to the spa & wellness area with infrared sauna, massage pool and relaxation area. The villa has a sundeck and a lovely swimming pool, and the lawn in front of the wellness area is excellent for various sports and games.
