The challenge: made to measure curtains for bifold doors for a client in Clapham, SW4. The result: Wave headed curtains in Luxor Mid Blue hung on Silent Gliss Wave track on a bifold door. Luxor Mid Blue is a heavyweight mainly linen fabric with a lovely two-tone weave that is not prone to creasing. These curtains are blackout lined to keep the room dark when closed. Blackout lining is also very effective for heat insulation and helps to reduce street & outside noise. These wave curtains ‘stack back’ very neatly, which is why they work so well as curtains for bifold doors. The track is ceiling fixed and looks neat and unnoticeable, blending well with the ceiling. These wave curtains can be drawn either by hand – free flowing or can be corded.
