I went in thinking I would like to have a root touch up down with this company. They had long hours open and clients seemed happy so I was happy with my job hours to find such a place. I have very dark brown hair and needed it lightened quite creatly which can be difficult. But am very understanding to hairdressers who had difficult so on and so forth. I never complain am a very sweet girl. I had a hairdresser take me back and apply lightener.... Bought a appliance that got Delivered had to wait to receive it 2weeks after receiving it noticed it Not working properly contacted penny's about taking back we need a washer we have for kids the told us will take 48-72 hours to have a third party to set up a time to come get washer back all we have been doing is waiting should have bought from home Improvement store what a waste of time I went to the store and they ordered 4 blinds for me -- online- fast shipping so that was great however when I received them 2 out of the 4 were damaged.

One has a big brown stain across the entire middle (the blinds are white so this was very noticeable) and the other blind was chipped right out of the box. I called the store to see if they would send me two new ones and then sometime over the weekend I would bring back the other 2 blinds. Jcp at Roosevelt field mall lacks management skills. One of the managers whose name is Nicole was so rude to us during closing time. She rudely tried to get us out. I got her name from an associate when I came back to shop. She was ringing me up and she told the poor pregnant associate she... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... I WAS SCREWED OUT OF A GIFT CARD THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS. I PURCHASED A PAIR OF PANTS AND THEY TOOK THE FULL AMOUNT OUT OF MY BANKING ACCOUNT AND CREDITED THE FULL AMOUNT WITHOUT USING THE 25$ GIFT CARD.

SO NOW THAT I RETURNED THE PANTS I WAS CREDITED THE AMOUNT TAKEN OFF MY BANKING ACCOUNT BUT NOT FOR THE 25$ GC!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS RIDICULOUS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. YES ITS ONLY 25$ BUT... Received garbage- yarn so far apart there was more latex than yarn. They said return and I would be refunded the purchase price and the shipping back. I did as requested. An item was missing from the package, even though they said it was there, and it was excruciating to get a refund. Their website is extremely hard to navigate, customer service is a nightmare. I called about the missing item, went into a chat, and got nowhere. When I finally got them to email me about the refund they promised, they said they'd send me a check.
