ISSY REINVENTS THE BATHROOM WITH ZUSTER In an exciting collaboration, Zuster has teamed up with Reece, Australia’s leading name in bathrooms, to create a bespoke furniture collection bringing the Zuster signature style into the bathing space. ISSY by Zuster offers users a fresh and inspired approach to beauty, style and luxury in the bathroom. According to Reece Bathroom Business Manager, Daniela Santilli, ISSY by Zuster is a break-through for the bathroom. “It is a collection that has been designed by women for women and addresses all those special details we love about indulgent hotel bathrooms and crave for our own living space. Zuster brings those added touches of luxury into the home bathroom with beautiful, bespoke elements and high quality finishes."
ISSY by Zuster encompasses two fully customisable designs, the Z1 Ballerina vanity and Z8 Butterfly bathroom collection, which feature a “dream list” of bathroom luxuries designed especially for beauty and personal grooming. With its beautifully graceful lines and long, tapered legs that appear like a dancer on pointe, the Z1 Ballerina vanity brings new elegance to the bathroom space. Made from American Oak, the vanity’s lustrous timber grain exudes luxury quality and contemporary European style. Borrowing from Dutch design influences, the vanity can be paired with a choice of oval or round mirror for stunning effect. “In designing ISSY by Zuster we really thought about that feeling of hotel luxury and the idea that your home bathroom is your sanctuary. There is also the important element of convenience – the comfort of sitting and the ease of being able to open a drawer for your make-up, hairdryer and laundry,” Fleur Sibbel, Zuster Managing Director. Devoted to beauty and personal style, Z8 Butterfly is named for its signature “butterfly” handle, a custom joinery detail that has been handed down over three generations of Zuster craftspeople.
This homage to traditional cabinetry forms a beautiful counterpoint to Zuster’s very contemporary vision for the bathroom. This comes to life through the addition of cleverly integrated luxuries such as a dresser bench for sitting, a dedicated shaving cabinet and a tall boy which incorporates a laundry basket. A set of secret drawers for make-up and accessories are cleverly concealed within the Z8 Butterfly’s adjoining tall boy and slide open with a single touch. A unique and innovative feature is the Z8 Butterfly’s mirrors which, like a pair of wings, open and turn to give a full, round-vision view of your hair and make-up. “The Z8 Butterfly genuinely solves a frustration we’ve had in the bathroom, and speaks to that ‘wow’ factor that women really love.” Marrying ISSY’s commitment to personalisation in the bathroom with Zuster’s bespoke signature style, ISSY by Zuster enables customers to customise their bathroom furniture right down to the millimetre to suit their space and individual requirements.
“ISSY by Zuster is also designed for comfort and convenience with a compact and fully customisable design. The range addresses all the essential functions of a bathroom, while elevating it beyond the everyday with a series of cleverly integrated features.”, Daniela Santilli. “Zuster’s quality manufacture also means that every last detail is carefully considered and beautifully finished – from the bevelled edges on Z8 Ballerina’s tall boy, to the luxurious inner lining of the shaving cabinet and concealed make up drawers. For ISSY by Zuster, we’ve really taken the Zuster DNA and brought it into the bathroom space.” A unique collaboration between Zuster and Reece, ISSY by Zuster is the latest stunning addition to the ISSY bathroom furniture collection from Reece. ISSY by Zuster is designed and made in Melbourne and is available exclusively from Reece. For more information on the ISSY by Zuster collection visit the Reece website.Fairland girls roll by Trojans
PROCTROVILLE — It turned out the 13 was a lucky number for the Fairland Lady Dragons. All 13 players scored as Fairland breezed past the Portsmouth Lady Trojans 80-29 in an Ohio Valley Conference game on Tuesday. Emily Chapman scored 21 points including four 3-pointers to lead Fairland’s balanced offense. Allie Marshall and Issy McKinney added nine points each. “We were able to get everyone in the game and everyone contributed,” said Fairland coach Jon Buchanan. “We played well for the most part but I wasn’t totally happy with our rebounding. Portsmouth has the ability to rebound and they hurt us with offensive rebounds.” Semajah Parker scored 11 points for Portsmouth. Chapman scored 10 points in the first quarter as Fairland bolted to a 22-5 lead. Kelsie Warnock had all five of her points in the second quarter and Chapman added five more as the lead grew to 40-13 at the half. Harley Lyons McKinney scored five points each in the third quarter as Fairland took a 67-16 lead.
