I ordered the faux silk taffeta drapes and they are amazing! I received my shipment in 2 days and the quality down to the packaging was superb. I researched this type of drape for weeks and no one else came close to the pricing. I will definitely order from them again! I ordered 8 drapes for cotton crewel embroidery hand made fabric and got them within 3 days excellent. All my hand made crewel drapes are beautiful and I love them. My opinion see hand made cotton crewel embroidery curtains and buy and feel some thing totally... I have spent over 1000.00 on drapery from HPD. The last 4 panels I purchased were linen and had flaws and snags throughout. It took pictures and finally a dispute through Paypal to get a refund! Very rude customer service ! I had to send over 20 emails to... I have ordered from this company before with no problems! I recently moved and needed new drapes. I placed a custom order by phone and was told it would take a few weeks to receive product.

I received a "shipped" email expecting my package at the time they told... I NEVER write reviews but this was important. The drapes are as described, wonderful quality, beautiful fabric. They even include instructions for hanging and "training" the drapes. Would definitely use them again! I ordered 4 panels of the vintage British tan velvet drapes. Very nice quality - I'm very picky. My two cats can ruin drapes in a heartbeat. They have not damaged the velvet. I have been ordering from this company for several years. I have had to even send back and exchange (my fault). All of the drapes in my home have come from here, the quality price ratio is phenomenal. I haven't had one bad experience in 5 or so years. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I ordered draperies and optimistically expected them to arrive. My credit card was charged and a month later still no draperies (they were not custom and in stock). I started making phone calls. Sent wrong color and refuses to respond to phone calls or emails

I would strongly advise not ordering anything from this company. I ordered two color swatches for curtains I was interested in. One of the swatches I received was the wrong color. I have made numerous phone calls (you can only leave a voice mail... the service is HORRIBLE. I ordered drapes on 2/9/15 and I am still without my order. The expected delivery date I was given was 2/21 and when I called, I was told that they do not deliver on Saturdays. Why give me a Saturday delivery date if you do not make weekend deliveries?
