There is a very quiet overhead ceiling fan above the bed, the switch for it is on the wall. There are also 2 convertible sofa futon sleepers in the room. The smaller sleeper, when converted from a loveseat to a bed, measures 71 inches x 45 inches (nearly 6 feet x almost 4 feet); that's 180 cm x 114 cm. The other, slightly larger, full/double sized futon sleeps two people close together (72 inches x 48 inches).We went to great lengths to find the most comfortable and sturdy sofa sleepers that money could buy; we truly want our suite guests to have an outstanding experience! The slightly larger futon is in the same area as the main, king sized bed. The other is in the big-enough-to-be-a-small-bedroom walk in closet with its own door and large, curtained window that faces the front yard and street.Between the two sleeping areas (main area and closet "bonus room") is the large, mostly-open-to-the-room (but private from other guests) bathroom complex. The toilet is in its own, small, doored area.

The suite also contains 2 sink vanities with mirrored medicine cabinets, a Jacuzzi jetted soaker tub for two (right in the middle of the room), and a large shower stall with two nozzle heads. The walk-in shower has an opaque shower curtain at its entryway for privacy.Your suite will always be prepared just for you with fresh bedding, towels and washcloths. There are a few signs of wear on the floor as well as some small, permanent marks in the tub and some superficial cracks in the tile shower bottom. If you love Southwestern wildlife then you'll enjoy spotting quail, jackrabbits, cottontails and ground squirrels right on the property. Further in the distance you may see an occasional coyote or family of mule deer passing through!There are red dirt trails near the house if you'd like to take a morning or evening stroll amongst the sagebrush. Or if you brought white shoes, you might prefer to stay on the paved road! ;)The stars at night are amazing; the sky is full of light and ablaze with constellations.INSIDE our home on a usual night we will have multiple sets of visitors, often each from a different part of the world. This is definitely not a retreat from humanity; sociable guests do best here. :)You'll want to arrive in a car and have access to it throughout your stay. This is wild country, too isolated for city buses! Many guests are surprised by the long distances between destinations (especially with time zone changes, lower speed limits to avoid colliding with wildlife and the fact that we measure miles instead of kilometres).
