Here is an example room painted with Evening Dove, it may be a little too gray for me: Because I have a chair rail I can split the color so it isn't so dark.  I do have the dual exposures, so I am not worried about the room feeling gloomy.  Centsational girl did a nautical room with a much lighter color, but this is the same idea. I want to break up the large expanse of blue walls with a neat paint treatment.  I LOVE this idea of framing a gallery wall.. (anyone who knows me, knows I love me some gallery walls!) I definitely want to use sisal and rope since I think it screams "nautical" (obviously, based on my lamp you probably could figure that out!) Here is a good example of how the natural fibers have been used beautifully.
