I like the grommet as they make it very easy to pull the curtains back in the afternoon as the sun is setting. Great curtains for the price. I have the black color curtains. This curtain is not a blackout curtain, since some light comes through, but it does block more light than the regular curtains I had before. The folds haven't settled out yet but I think that happens after they have been up for a while? They are slightly shiny. The Walmart website was not specific enough in its description of the drapes. I was looking for thermal weave-which is a higher quality and when this order came it was thermal back. So I had to return them, as it does not insulate from heat/cold as well.

Typically I have seen this same quality in other stores for 3 times the cost. They are better quality and rich in color then I expected. The color was exactly as shown. If there are other light sources entering the room, then any light from these will not matter. Will keep as they are good enough for my needs. Mine are River Blue, a darker blue might have blocked more light. Works well for privacy and keeping light out. White has a grey tone to it but works well for my room. Bought a second pair in another color but had to return due to not matching with my colors. The curtain panels are perfect for our new living room. The 96 inch length was perfect to make a statement!

I really like the feeling to not too stiff like some of the blackout panels. The color was perfect also. Would definitely buy more. I got the dark brown color and they are very nice. They don't completely black out all of the light but they do darken the room nicely.
