I was told the hot water has to be 're-filled'. It came back after 3 or 4 hours later. We don't really mind but could tell in advance so we didn't shocked mad what did we spoilt. The layout of the ground-floor apartment is somehow weird. First "triangle bathroom" I have ever seen. He is also quick to help by visiting us when we have problem with the hot water. We missed the agreed time for the cleaning and the cleaner has to return on the following day to clean, which we really appreciate.The mini market is just next door. Bus and underground stations are all walking distance. Beds are great comfy, just too small. Love the shampoo and bath wash provided. Plenty of towels provided and changed after the cleaning. Coffee, tea provided are excellent. Clean, modern apartment, large enough sofa-bed for two kids to sleep. 눉Nothing눇The space and balcony was very good 눉The double beds were so small 4'6 so we had to sleep in separate bedrooms. The beds were comfortable but too small. Situated in a quiet and safe residential area, although only 10mins walk to Tower Bridge and all amenities. Several supermarkets nearby for provisions. Easy and very professional check in . Fantastic WiFi reception which kept the grandchildren happy. Would definitively stay there again. Best location in London I have ever stayed at. 눉Since the the ground floor outer walls are made of glass with nice long curtains, street light enters the living room. My boy didn't mind but it can be a disturbance to others if needed to sleep in the living room....눇Being a famify of 5 (teen-aged kids) we were first concerened about the location - this concern faded away very quickly ;) as we found ourselves in a nice quite neiberhood (even when we returned late on evenings), a 5 min nice walk to the tube station and with a supermarket just around the back - A big advantage and very convenient!!

We stayed in the ground floor appt. A very nice, clean as new, modern furnished (as in the pictures), very comfy cosy beds&pillows. The biggest advantage was 2 toilets and 2 showers/bath which made life much easier :). We felt the nice warm welcome from the first email letter received through the warm welcome by Louise who waited for us late in the evening and her immediate responses to questions we had. 눉Double beds too small 눇Good locality and apartment looked new. Check-in was smooth, person was waiting for us in the apartment, explained us all the details. We had to checkout early hours they finished the formalities day before evening to ensure no blocker for our travel. 눉Do read the check-in instuctions carefully! Missed the part of another adress on the apartment we rented than the one stated on booking. Meant a lot of stress to get there in time for check-in. There are extra fees if you check-in late in the evening, could be stated on the info when one books the apartments.
