After finishing her BA in product design at the Design Academy Eindhoven, the Netherlands, she moved to London to start an MA. Recently she graduated with distinction from the MA Narrative Environments at Central Saint Martins, with a project that explores ways of visual storytelling between doctor and patient. She aims to improve the experience of ever day life by making engaging and personal products. People’s personal narratives are the main influence of her work. Manuela was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she started her studies in Graphic Design. With a love for art and design but a need to search for new challenges, Manuela decided to finish her studies at Central Saint Martins. It was there she defined her practice, designing experiences and getting involved in social projects. Originally from Norfolk, Maya is a multi-disciplinary graphic designer who graduated with a First Honours from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. With a nostalgic love for print but a realistic understanding for digital, her work mainly focuses around finding a way to combine analogue and digital practices to provide an element of tactile interaction for the user.
