However it remains a hotel for practicalitly and not luxury or a tourist destination for us. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant downstairs at a reasonable price but we found the buffet breakfast on ground level a bit expensiveblinds and curtains northwich We look forward to future stays at Atura when we come to Melbourne to visit family.bead curtain in hills like white elephantsGreat service, friendly staff. made to measure curtains brentwoodWas disappointed that we booked a room with king bed and only got a double, very small as hubby is over 6ft tall. The shower had no door/curtain so when having a shower water went all over the floor in the bathroom.Locked out of my room twice.
Had trouble charging dinner to my room and the waiter was very ordinary! Trying to get in my room for several minutes and the door opens and the receptionist comes out of my room to tell me they tried to let someone check in to my room because they didn't know any one was in it so she was looking through my stuff to work out who I was - and all that in the first two hours! Next morning trying to check into the dining room for breaky but the Barista was having such a hissy fit and throwing things around the young lass (who did a great job btw) was having trouble getting me in. Check out - receptionist asks me to present a discount card, turn my back to get it and he serves another customer, so I had to wait my turn again? I'm sure there were some good points but half the staff don't come up to any retail standard! I travel to Melbourne VERY regularly but that's my once and only stay here!See all reviewsIs the description of this hotel not correct? Affordable Accomodation in Chennai
