Also the camp bed in our room was awful, and some of the staff were quite rude!!

A bit far away for sight seeing in London눇It was a great hotel for what we needed it for, the breakfast was great! Most of the staff were brilliant! It's a great location for all the Harry Potter fans! 눉Having a room designed for some in a wheelchair, it was difficult because of height restrictions etc. Also, heater was inadequate for the room size. I went to the local Morrisons and bought a dressing gown to keep me warm. The receptionist did offer that if the room didn't heat up sufficiently then there was alternatives but didn't want to bother her again.
