I am  responsible for the management and day to day running of the project, supporting homeless people and rough sleepers out of homelessness. I am very passionate about this and I believe strongly that every person sleeping rough or homeless should be given the best possible chance to change their lives for the better. I qualified as a social worker in 2012 and became a full time Project Worker shortly after. My role involves co-ordinating the volunteer rota and supporting our service users with a diverse range of needs; from a simple phone call to preventing evictions, homelessness, enabling and supporting people to access benefits, education, employment and mental health services.

My working background has been with Stockport MBC for 25 years in adult social care, services for young people and Greater Manchester fire and rescue. Being a former service user myself I have first hand knowledge of the wide variety of services that the Wellspring offers.
