Are there any conditions to returning an item? Yes, returned items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with all of the original packaging. Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons such as duvets and pillows, readymade curtains cannot be returned once the heading tape has been pulled and we do not accept returns for fabric sold by the metre or special order items such as curtain poles.
