We visit it for a second time, our first time was seven years ago and I can say that the changes do not make the hotel worse. 눉VERY VERY POOR WIFI SPECIALLY IN THE ROOMS IT IS LIKE UNITS AND EVERY UNIT CONTAINS 4-6 ROOMS, AND THEY MIGHT PUT YOU IN A UNIT WHICH IS VERY FAR FROM THE MAIN RECEIPTION, POOL, SEA.... I LIKE THE BAR AREA ARROUND THE POOL 눉the wardrobes in the club rooms did not have full dress hanging space only two small short clothes length.

it would be good if the hotel could maybe fit a full length wardrobe in the room. there was no iron to hire or loan at hotel only the hotel laundry ıroning service we thought the prices were very expensive. so we went into the town and bought an iron, which was half cost it would have been for one dress to be ıroned by hotel service. so guests need to take a travel ıron. but i would like to see hotel provide this service maybe hire them out with a deposit to have the ıron. our club room was very close to the hotel which was handy.but buses come and go with new guests coming and others departing through out the night. but there was a very big tall and very bushy pine tree outside our room and the little terrace /balcony for our club room never got the sun.and we were on the second floor. i did feel at times the outside restaurants and bars could have done with a few more staff working there maybe it was because it was late summer they had cut staff down . i would also like to see pool side waiters for drinks coming to you rather than having to go from pool to the bars then carry drinks back to pool area yourself.눇the food was lovely and such a large choice to pick from in fact to much.

the all inclusive was a good idea no need to worry about how much meals or drinks would cost the pool was lovely and clean. we used the over 18+ relax pool. as wanted a quite time around pool sunbathing.but the other pools were also good . pool bar and outside restaurants were great. the entertainment shows put on every night were lovely and suited all taste. internet cafe on site we used was helpful opens 19.00hrs to 23.00hrs also the free wifi was nice to be able to keep in touch with family and friends back home. the laundry was changed every day and the mini fridge with free drink was also replenished everyday along with tea and coffee and water which was good to be able to make a cuppa first thing before setting out. there was a fly screen on our patıo door to the terrace/ balcony which was a great idea we could keep it open at night and daytime for fresh air without worry of mosquitoes getting in. the hotel were very good they did come round at night spraying for this.

and the air conditioning in our room was lovely to have. we just had a great time and will definitely be back. 눉Wifi was really slow . Hard to place online calls .눇Amazing place , clean and tidy Great place to spent your vacation .Some of food service between lunch and dinner could be organized better.눇We liked almost everything about this place. Well organized, nice location, full of energy and fun. 눉Bungalow rooms are a little dark in the evening, but this is very minor thing as you'd come to your room just to sleep.눇Very clean, staff is friendly, food is good. 눉I can not say anything bad눇Best family hotel. Food is very tasty and there are many kind of them. Aquapark for children and grown up is very good. Thanks to Mr. Mehmet at Restaurant (chief Garson)and Mrs. Selda for cleaning. 눉although not a big issue ; our rooms were cleaned at 2-3 pm everyday no matter what we did ( door signs , calling reception ...) guess it was too busy for the staff but the cleaning ladies were very very nice and the room gets cleaned extremely well.눇Everything : Upon Arrival , A young loveley lady grreeted us in our language , asked for a refresher drinks then gave us the scoop about the resort and gave us a toor introducing us to key personnel while our rooms getting ready ;

also told us about activities in the areas - Three days they have bazars with good deals in BELEK and KADRIEH towns , how to get the best trasnportation ..... Very very helpful and thanks to her saved us a lot of hassle . The staff were fantastic , curteous and polite ; all is clean ; services superb , Children activities and their staff were wonderful and took care of our 7 y.o almost all day till midnight and he was very thrilled ; Food was tasty and variety was excellent - get ready to add few pounds or burn them in a great GYM that is equipped with top gear . I cannot say a lot as we enjoyed every moment and our sad day was leaving that place.
