I did have a little problem about a month ago with one of the draws constantly getting stuck. However I realized one of the screws on the track itself wasn't really tightened. I tightened all the screws and now the draws open and close bttr without snagging. Assembly was abt 2 - 3 hrs. The draws took the most time. The box was heavy with alot of parts and sadly they weren't labeled. However, the manual they gave was very clear. Overall, I actually like this furniture. I got what I paid for and more. My husband and I bought this dresser for our bedroom, and I am embarrassed to have it in my house. plete piece of junk. We paid $223.00 for it, and I wouldn't have paid $5 for it at a yard sale.

I'm 8 months pregnant, and it's so low to the ground I cannot get into the bottom drawers. Took my extremely handy husband 3 hours to put together. The baby crib was easier. I would not recommend anyone buy this dresser even for a guest room. We didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for a dresser, so we tried this one. I'd say for the price it's awesome! Of course it has that weird cardboard backing, but it's against a wall anyways so nobody even see's it. Only took two nights after work to put it together. Used a drill to speed up process. Looks great in our bedroom! The black finish is really nice. It's flimsy and cheap, but I knew that going into it. It's eventually going in the guest bedroom and for that it's fine. I read reviews complaining about the construction, but I had no problem putting it together. For the price it was just right. The dresser came in about a billion pieces. It wasn't the hardest thing to put together but the pieces on the bottom of the drawers is so thin and cheap that it falls out anytime you put anything in them.

We tried to use wood glue to keep the pieces from falling out but that didn't work so we nailed them. The piece looks fine altogether although we changed the knobs to crystal ones. I was disappointed with the quality of the wood used. The sides of the drawers are made with balsa wood and are very flimsy. The overall quality and look are pretty good for the price so I still plan on buying the 6 drawer Tall dresser... I just know what it takes to assemble now. is this dresser dark brown or black? Is this dresser actually black or a very dark brown? Title indicates black, but description states espresso. My husband and I put these nightstands together. fit just right in space looks good too Item itself is great, beautiful. But next to bed. It blocks the drawers of bed I needed a nightstand desperately. This was the exact style I was looking for and it was hard to find one with an open shelf and 2 large drawers underneath. The shelf is absolutely perfect . I wanted to keep my tablet and cell phone on the open shelf. I had my son drill 2 small holes in the back and I fed the charger cords through, Such a perfect unit for me. I bought this for our spare bedroom....For the price, it was a good deal. It went together easy enough, although I had a damaged piece and a couple of missing connectors. I contacted the company by email with all of the information required and they promptly responded and sent a replacement and the screws.....Ground shipping, so I had to wait for them, but I was satisfied. The cabinet is pressed wood with a vinyl wrap on it that looks like wood.....About what you can expect for the price nowadays.
