The gasket inside was shattered and does not allow it to shut the water off, just constantly runs. The shower ring and shower add-on are great. We had a problem with the pipe not being long enough to reach the D-ring curtain holder and called the company to see if we could get... Cheaply made but it's the only option unless you can spend thousands on a name brand setup. The union that holds the two halves of the shower head pipe is really bad, the plastic... This is a great product. Looks and supports well. The rod that supports to ceiling is longer than most honest can accommodate - plan on cutting the threaded rod. Works great, and has good quality METAL faucet. The shower head is AMAZING! Great water pressure and spreads wide. Nice way to get a shower for a tub with out one.
