Three bedrooms, two on the main level and one up plus three full baths make for an easy share situation for family or couples. Overflow sleeping arrangements can be made on couches, etc, for several more folks. One note, the house has several level changes and may not be suitable for some guests. My 86 year old mother-in-law does fine but wanted to make you aware. Our house can accommodate 10 people. We have three queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. The full bed is in a loft space in the upstairs bedroom, and you will need to climb a ladder to access it. There are also two large sectional sofas for crashing on.***NO WEDDINGS OR EVENTS MAY BE HOSTED HERE. Guests have access to wifi, cable TV, washer dryer, a fully stocked kitchen (we can't guarantee there will be food in the fridge!) coffee, tea, sugar, Half & Half etc.Typically we are in town but stay out of the way. We may need to access our office upstairs, but we will be sure to keep out of your way - please don't feel rushed to leave if you see us come by.

THE KEY: Prior to check in we will arrange to leave a key in a convenient location.

4. KITCHEN: If you need coffee, sugar or whatever we have in the frig. We recycle, use the white bins under the stainless steal counter for recycling.5. PARTY BARN/PORCH: We use the space year round. The grill is available, turn it on and off at the tank (look below the porch same side as grill).We have a fire pit, and fire wood, please do not burn the place down but it is fun to have a fire..use good common sense and make sure it is covered before you go to bed. Keep an eye out for wild life, deer, red wolf, heron, owls, squirts and chipmunks, hawks..LAUNDRY: It is in the dining room behind the cabinets, detergent in the middle cabinet.Use it if you need it. Ironing board is always up and ready to go in the master bath.7. We have our OFFICE upstairs room to the right. This space is locked and off limits. It can be accessed from our back entry. Please respect our privacy. If we are in town we may need to access the office, so you may hear or see us..but you have rented the place so no worries.

We have our stuff in there...thanks! Stay out of the UPSTAIRS LOFT in the master bedroom, that area is used for storage. this is an old hose and we have remodeled 7 times. We have several different heat and cooling systems and we have several thermostats and systems. Sounds complicated but works out pretty well as you can have as much or little as you need.MUDROOM: Hotel type wall unit, we use this in extreme hot and cold times. Just turn it on hot or cold and open the kitchen door for extra heat or cooling as needed.KITCHEN: radiant floor heat, thermostat for heat is in kitchen on the wall.Our wood stove works if you want to build a fire you (website hidden) control in foyer wall near bath, or extra boost from mud room unit if really hot.FOYER (email hidden)is is for AC downstairs, kitchen, downstairs bedroom foyer and living room.STAIRCASE thermostat, this controls baseboard heat in original house, Dining, foyer, down bedroom, living room, master bedroom.UPSTAIRS thermostat, cat walk to bedroom....

This is heating and cooling for the den (pool table room) and upstairs bed and bath zone.MASTER BATH thermostat, (toilet room), this controls heat and air for master bedroom and bath.You can build a fire but you MUST turn on the dial/fan on the far left of the fireplace. It is a fabulous fireplace but it will SMOKE UP THE HOUSE...if you do not use the control on the side..we have an exhaust fan on the top of this chimney. This control has a dial so you can adjust as needed, however when you go to bed leave it on, close the curtain to the foyer and let it run overnight...wood in drive area if needed.9. TRASH: we have big recycle and trash cans downstairs in the driveway shed. Trash in the big brown Bin. Trash pick up is Friday morning, if you are here and need to put it out. We compost on the summer. You can collect and dump stuff in the "chicken coop" off the upstairs driveway if you are feeling green, we have disposals in both kitchen sinks.10. We will do the cleaning..Please leave dirty towels in a pile or in the big bucket in the laundry room left side doors.
