Bill came out the first day to show us what they had to offer. We selected colors and blind styles, but, since the weather was cloudy and overcast, we weren't sure we had selected colors correctly. Bill came back out on a sunnier day and worked with us on color selection. We reselected and placed the order. The custom blinds took about 2 weeks to be made and delivered. Joe came out and installed. he spent time making sure that the blinds were installed correctly. He cleaned up and removed the old blinds. From start to finish this project took about three weeks. We have been very satisfied with the product and the installation. This is a great company to work with.
