The deal was: "$99 for one night in a two-queen city-view room with: C$50 Dave & Buster’s play card C$25 East Side Mario's voucher C$10 IHOP voucher C$20 Outback Steakhouse voucher Mini putt for up to four Lazer Maze for up to four"We couldn't believe how spacious and clean the room was!

Especially due to the price! We paid an extra $20 for on-site parking (you could pay $12 to park across the street) but with a deal this good, how could you go wrong with $20 parking? We had one small issue with the water not draining in our bathtub. We called the front desk and someone from maintenance came up right away to fix the issue (something was stuck in the drain pipe). We definitely appreciated how quickly maintenance came. Oh, and the beds were very comfortable!Great service, great value, great stay! Also loved the fact that there were two FREE bottles of water in the room! We will definitely continue to buy Groupon deals for this hotel! 2,505 reviews sorted by: I stayed at this hotel in Jan 2013 with a group of 12 people and we had 3 rooms for a 1 night stay on a Saturday. We were impressed with how big the rooms were, including the washrooms. The rooms were clean, decorated tastefully with modern decor, had large flatscreen TVs, and we never heard any noise from other rooms or from outside.

The washrooms were really spacious, had a shower and tub, and even came with a great hairdryer (usually not the case in hotels). The best part was definitely the beds - they are heavenly! You feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. Staff were friendly and pleasant, and there was no line when we came to check in. The location is good as well - we took a cab into the Clifton Hill area and it was about $7.50 in each direction. Also close to the Falls. For breakfast we went to Bassel's - it was excellent food and way cheaper than the usually-overpriced Niagara Falls options. It's a no-frills, old-fashioned diner with great service and great food - would definitely recommend! Overall, I would definitely stay at the Four Points if I return to Niagara Falls - my expectations of the hotel were greatly surpassed. I always stay at this hotel for a Niagara Getaway on a "Wagjag" deal. I've stayed at this hotel about 3 times and every time has been excellent. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, pool and exercise facilities are clean and inviting.

Love the access to the casino walkway! If you can get a package deal for a great price, this is the place to stay! My husband and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton on Friday January 4, 2013. This stay was for our first wedding anniversary and what a disappointment. We were really looking forward to a night away, which we never get, and after the stay at your hotel it really wrecked the whole evening. We were to have a city view room, which we did not we had a lovely view of air conditioning units (room 229). The room did not have a bathtub, only a horrible shower which was either way too cold or scalding hot, there was no happy medium. My husband was having a shower when I went into the bathroom to use the one and only mirror in the room and boy was I surprised when I stepped into a large puddle from the shower. The window only had the sheers, there was neither a blind or curtains to pull across to block out the sun, so much for hoping we could sleep in a little. When we came back to the room for the evening the television wasn't even working properly the channels kept cutting in and out.

VERY VERY disappointed in our stay. Travellers are raving about these Niagara Falls hotels Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa Sheraton on the Falls Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Niagara Falls, ON Everything about this hotel was very good. Very efficient front desk staff handled us at a busy time. Our room was large, extremely clean, attractive and very quiet. The location is excellent - a couple of blocks from the Falls. I can tell you the location and condition of the Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview very well, located not too far from the falls or the Clifton Hill area. The building of this hotel to my knowledge there are three towers A - B and the newest is the tower C. (I'm not sure the tower B but I know there are three different parts elevator location)The gym and pool are in tower A which I think is quite good condition. There is a covered bridge that connects the Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview, Hilton Hotel and Falls View Casino. On the ground floor there is a restaurant I HOP and Starbucks Coffee while inlower ground floor there is a East Side Mario's and RUTH'S CHRIS STEAK HOUSE.

There are three options for parking is $ 20 for valet parking, $ 12 for self parking or you can park at the Fallsview Casino $ 5 for weekdays and $ 10 for weekend (specially for someone who has a Player Advantage Club)Services provided from check in, check out and room service everything was satisfactory. And a little more information on the rooms I stayed this time, indeed I was given an upgrade to a larger room than traditional rooms but according to my arrangement of the furniture is less well organized, there is a useless space. “Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview for Loyalty” Very busy hotel, likely due to online discount coupons, they also do a lot of promo packages on their website. We got a good deal with restaurant coupons, including The Keg, where we wanted to go. The room itself was nice, seemed clean, modern, beautiful bedding, comfortable sleep (disrupted though it was, see below), newly renovated on the top floor of that wing. Nice touches such as tiled atrium for those dirty/muddy shoes, coffee area with local coffee provided, tea, 1-cup coffee maker which didn't brew coffee-flavoured hot water for tea.

However... my husband said his shower ran cold in the middle of it at 8-ish at night, and there was no place to hang up your towels except 1 small rod at the end of the bathtub. Be sure you ask if your room has an adjoining one, i.e., has a door inside to the next room. We were in room 1209, joined to room 1211. We could hear their very loud music before they went out at 9pm, woke up with their 1 hour argument at 2am, and also smelled their cigarette smoking thereafter and moreso when we woke in the morning. My husband went down to the front desk at 3am to inquire, and all they could suggest was room deodorizer. We are both very sensitive to allergens and I have asthma, so that would've just added to the problem. We both woke up stuffy, with a dry mouth from trying to maximize the fan, and sneezy in the morning. We packed up and checked-out as soon as we could. I pity the poor housekeeper who has to clean up after them, and the next hotel guests who I imagine would be none-too-pleased.At check-out, we confirmed that the hotel has a no smoking policy, as they told us before and is listed on their website.
