Is very nice and dark on my bedroom I did buy these for my sons student accommodation and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the curtains. Totally black out and they hang lovely I bought this to darken up the room so I can use a projector during the day and boy did these curtains do a smashing job at doing that! Not completely blackout, really, but good enough for what we needed them for. I am happy with my smart new curtains and though they do not shut out 'all' light they certainly do help! I thought were more thick Not total blackout, they're block a good amount of it, but on sunny days it's still easy to even read in the light it gives. P.S Wales is not a sunny country!Really pleased with them not that heavy but seem to do the job !! Much better quality than expected and really are black out curtains.
