Very well designed rooms. 눉It was a bit out the way of things눇Friendly staff, spotless. 눇The decor and theme of the hotel. The Ocean Beach club on the palm was exceptional.
The Staff at concierge was really helpful 눉Internet connection was on and off, Location was a bit far for the center. But overall the experience was excellent.눇Loved everything about the hotel, everyone was so friendly, the facilities were great, the breakfast so yummy and diversified, the room and overall hotel was very clean , thumbs up! 눇Lovely hotel, friendly staff, free shuttle bus that takes you to their private beach bar on the palm and to the Emirates Or Dubai Mall. 눉We had to ask twice for tea and coffee at breakfast!눇This hotel even smelt good! 눉Expensive breakfast, location isn't the most central compared to some of the other hotels, but taxis are usually available outside entrance and they are quite reasonably priced. The views from the hotel are not good.눇Comfortable beds, clean hotel, friendly staff. 눉Absolutely nothing to complain about!눇Absolutely EVERYTHING!!!! We were offered an upgrade that included breakfast and then the remaining rooms in our booking were given free breakfasts and lounge access so that we could all be together in the common areas. The suites leave nothing to be desired! Even the standard rooms are luxurious and would be considered an upgrade in other hotels. Daanish from the custom egg station whips up a mean omelette and the fluffiest scrambled eggs ever! The breakfast selection is mind blowing, and many days left us so full that we skipped lunch. The staff are simply the best that we've ever encountered...and the Thai massage at the spa? Last but not least, the gentlemen at the door and Mustafa with the coffee were the most humble and helpful people we've had the pleasure of meeting! 눉It is a little way from main stuff 15-20min but taxi are cheap so given the quality of hotel - I like 👊눇Breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly and helpful. ervice was really up there. Mall opposite very good. Checkin process very good. 눉The hotel is starting to show its age a little but the staff keep it very clean, overall it is good value for money. Wifi was a little slow.눇Well priced 5 star hotel. Reasonable location, a little out of the way hence the lower rates than other 5 star hotels. That said, 15-20 minutes in a taxi gets you pretty much everywhere and taxis are cheap. 눉Despite booking for 3 adults and ensuring there was an extra bed, the bed wasn't in our room and we had to request. Our fridge didn't work for our entire stay, despite staff attending to it and assuring it was now working. The afternoon tea could have been better i.e. The cake was dry and hard and only jam presented with the scones.눇The room was spacious and comfortable, the executive lounge was a bonus and the swimming pool on floor 8 was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent and staff where extremly helpful.
눉The receptionist was not coopertive and just they make excuses and i remember when i get call to stay till 14.00 pm the receptions man i think he is egption and he told me i should not stay till 14:00pm i told him i get call from the opertor to stay at 14:00 pm and he rplyed to me you should not and these days are busy days and if not busy we can allow you till 17:00pm really was not proficinal and upset me at end of my journey which give bad feeling about him and he should be more nicer instead of arguing with me.
