Proud moment for Asda fan James as lorry is named after him Student James Corker has been a big fan of Asda lorries since he was a little boy – so he was delighted when our Warrington depot colleagues named one after him. James, 20, has been a regular visitor to the depot for years – and he’s now on a work placement at our Runcorn store as part of a scheme to prepare young people with learning difficulties or disabilities for the world of work. He’s on the second year of an Entry Level 3 City & Guilds qualification in Catering and Hospitality at Petty Pool College, and during his placement he’s been working in all parts of the store.
